Overview
AYPF has documented promising policy and program supports for youth in transition from foster care. A recent study tour to Nashville, Tennessee from June 4 – 6, 2014 provided an opportunity for national and state policy leaders to learn about and see programs and policies in action that are helping youth as they transition from the foster care system to postsecondary education and independent living.
