Overview

This study mission for state policymakers focused on how policies can strengthen the alignment of expectations and resources across the educational pipeline so that young people complete high school prepared to succeed in a range of postsecondary education opportunities.  We used the comprehensive set of recent reforms in Colorado as a starting point for our discussions about how to better align secondary and postsecondary education, as well as efforts across the P-20 spectrum, to give all young people the knowledge and abilities they need to be successful in college and the world of work.

State teams from Connecticut, Kentucky, Michigan and Utah joined in this study mission.
