Brittany has her BA in Political Science from the University of Connecticut and is currently enrolled as a dual degree student in UConn’s JD and MPP program and Human Rights Graduate Certificate Program.
She serves as a:
- Justice Advisor with Connecticut Justice Alliance
- Smart Justice Leader with the ACLU of Connecticut
- Project Manager of the Juvenile Justice Policy and Oversight Committee with the Tow Youth Justice Institute.
She also is working on a project with the Institute of Municipal and Regional Policy to research and adopt Nordic youth justice reforms here in the United States.
Human rights are a central component to all the work Brittany does, and she advocates for, researches, and evaluates reforms that remove youth from prison-like environments.
