Adair Collins first joined the American Youth Policy Forum (AYPF) in 2020 as a contractor and then transitioned in May 2021 to her role as AYPF’s Senior Director of Marketing and Communications.
Before joining AYPF, Adair worked for various organizations in the nonprofit/government/education space for more than 20 years. Among her work experiences, Adair worked for Grantmakers for Children, Youth & Families, as a teacher for the U.S. Peace Corps, and for several other youth-focused organizations.
Adair’s passions are serving underserved youth, leadership, and marketing and communications management. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Literature from American University in Washington, D.C. and a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in English from Sweet Briar College in Virginia, with a year spent at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.
