This report highlights opportunities for using the Every Student Succeeds Act, Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act, Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, and Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act to facilitate an education-to-workforce pipeline that provides all students with the academic, technical and employability skills they need to be successful in the workplace and offers guidance to states on how to coordinate services under the laws. ​
