In partnership with the National League of Cities, Institute for Youth, Education, and Families' Technical Assistance Project, Municipal Leadership for Disconnected Youth. Programs visited served a wide range of disconnected youth including out-of-school youth, returning offenders, and young people ageing out of foster care. (Trip Report)
